Any customized product is final sale due to the personalized nature of monogrammed items.
If your order is unsatisfactory because of a mistake made on our part, we will replace it as soon as possible at no additional cost to you.
If you are unhappy with your order because of a mistake made on your part, we will do our best to help ensure your happiness. Please know that if you do not like the font or color you chose, there will be nothing we can do besides allow you to order a new product. There is sometimes nothing that can be done, but we will always do our best while taking into consideration the specific situation.
Non-Personalized Items
If our team receives the merchandise unused within 30 days of the purchase date, store credit or a refund can be issued to the original form of payment.
Any item that is purchased on sale, clearance, or at a discount of any kind are final sale.
Exchanges are not guaranteed, but must be completed within the 30 day window after the purchase date if applicable. Contact us to see if your item(s) are eligible for exchange.
Personalized Items: Most personalized items will ship within 2-3 business days. If an item will take longer to prepare, you will be contacted within 48 hours of purchase so you can know when to expect your order.
Non-Personalized Items: Items with no personalization being added will be shipped out in 1-2 business days.
It is important to know that we keep all of our best-selling items in stock at all times on our website, even if they are out of stock at the time of purchase. This is because we receive shipments multiple times a month for these items, so they will never be out of stock for very long. There are exceptions to this, such as when the company discontinues an item or an item is back-ordered. In these situations, we will work with you to get your order to you as soon as possible, or refund you if we are unable to get the product in a manner that is timely to you.
